For every new feature or UI improvement of the CbN (Colour by Number) app, we analysed data and benchmarks for decision making. In this project we focused more on UI, where there were many improvement opportunities in the current version of the app and in the Figma, so I was able to work on the feature specification template and adjust current UI errors, in the live app and design system. In the creation of new features, we used FigJam to document the research and information collected.
UI on focus
In UI, my goal was to adjust design issues that have already been developed and ensure that they will not occur again for new features. Therefore, the main items worked were:

✓ Mobile and tablet versions
✓ Motion
Feed feature
This was the biggest new feature we worked on. The entire design description and business strategy were registered in FigJam and the first prototyped version of the feature was designed to be tested in a A/B test. To create a feed, interactions are very important as they directly affect the performance of the feature. So I designed a navigable prototype in order to be very precise how the feature should behave.
Error cases
Some of the adjustments I made were for bug cases that were developed without the design curation, and the way it was done was breaking the structure of the developed layout. So, understanding the error cases, I made fluid models that appear on screen using the yellow color as "attention". With the navigable prototype, it's possible to observe the motion and how the rest of the layout is affected.
